Freshmen Enrollment Roadmap

Follow these sequential steps to complete your student registration, activate university accounts, and prepare for academic commencement:

July 3, 2026 onwards

Announcement of Student ID & CU NEX Setup

Check your official student ID on the Office of the Registrar portal. Download and activate the CU NEX mobile application on iOS App Store or Google Play Store to access your digital student ID, library access, and campus services.

  • • Download CU NEX app
  • • Verify national ID / passport
  • • Obtain digital student barcode

July 3–13, 2026

CUNET Account & Online Enrollment

Request your CUNET credentials through the Office of Information Technology (IT Chula). Complete the online student registration profile (CR19/CR20) and upload required identity documents.

  • • Set up CUNET username & password
  • • Access Office 365 & Google Workspace for Chula
  • • Submit CR19/20 form

July 7–13, 2026

Course Registration (Round 1)

Enroll in Year 1 Semester 1 foundational courses as outlined by the program study plan. Review section schedules and confirm your enrollment on the registrar system (Reg Chula).

  • • Log in to https://www2.reg.chula.ac.th
  • • Enroll in Year 1 core courses
  • • Confirm payment through CU NEX

August 1–3, 2026

Freshmen Orientation & Campus Welcome

Attend the program orientation session, meet your faculty advisors, tour the GPU computing facilities at Mahamakut Building, and collect your physical student handbook.

  • • Meet faculty & peer mentors
  • • Tour Mahamakut Building (MHMK)
  • • Receive freshmen starter package

Early August 2026

First Day of Classes

Official commencement of academic instruction for the First Semester. Check lecture room allocations and laboratory schedules on the CU CAS timetable system.

  • • Classes officially begin
  • • Check room numbers on CU CAS
  • • Attend first laboratory sessions
